Soup burn Fat


 the unique recipe here from Republika.

According to her sender, Martina Zainal, this soup could make the weight descended drastic.
she  has descended 12 kg!
Her condition yes only might eat this soup then (might to the full how come!
), most was increased, vegetables, red rice or the potato very roasted a week, the chicken/the fish/roasted meat, often drank the pure water, and not might drink alcohol.
But, if the weight descended more than 8 kg in a week, stopped the diet for 2 days and after that could begin again.

1 big cabbage, the slice smal
2 onion fangs, the piece dadu
2 shallot fangs, the piece dadu
8 garlic fangs, the slice  
2 green paprikas, the piece dadu
appropriate tomatoes appetite, the piece dadu
1 stick of celery, the slice small
Salt  
appropriate Pepper  
Chicken Stock 


method - stir-fryed the shallot and the onion with small fire, don't over cook
- added the slice bw white and fried
- added the slice of paprika and fried for 5 minutes
- added tomatoes and fried for 5  minutes
- added celery and fried for 5 menit
- put Irian the cabbage, added water as far as the pan full
- added salt, pepper and the chiken stock
- After boiling,low  fire and cook until vegetables is enough cook
- Cool Down in the refrigerator and heated adequate to serve

Really easy would?
Suspected not believed but...I must try....
